At CLOTHED IN HOPE LLC, all of our doormats and passport holders are made to order. Each item is carefully processed one by one to ensure the best quality before shipping.

Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing and Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays).

  • Estimated delivery time within the US: 5–20 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat rate shipping: $7.95 for all orders within the US.

  • Free shipping: Available on orders over $100.

  • No hidden charges or additional item costs.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

  • Tracking information may take 3–5 business days to update.

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us for assistance.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If the carrier is requested to redirect a package after shipping, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple items (e.g., a doormat and a passport holder), they may ship separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
