At CLOTHED IN HOPE LLC, we want you to love your purchase. We take pride in offering high-quality doormats and personalized passport holders, but we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be needed.

Return Window

  • Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging

Items damaged, altered, or missing parts due to customer handling may not be accepted or may qualify for only a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made doormats and passport holders (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us First
    Email 📧 support@tracyschoice.com with your order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase. Do not ship items before receiving confirmation.

  2. Ship the Item
    Once approved, send your item to:

  3. Inspection & Refund
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged at no extra cost. To request an exchange, contact us with photos and details of the issue at 📧 support@tracyschoice.com.

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift, you may receive store credit for the return value. Refunds for gifted items will go to the original purchaser if the item was not marked as a gift.
