TRANSACTION
When you shop at Tracyschoice, you agree to

Pricing and Taxes:

The price of the
product includes taxes; buyers are not required to pay any additional taxes.

product is subject to change by Tracyschoice at any time.
Order Confirmation:

Please carefully
review your order before making payment. Once your order is placed, you will
receive a confirmation email immediately. Ensure that all information is
correct, as changes cannot be made after 8 hours, and orders cannot be canceled
once processed for shipping.

We do not retain any
of your payment information.
Product Availability:

All orders are subject
to availability and are limited by time and quantity. Due to the nature of
online inventory management, there may be instances where a product is out of
stock. Tracyschoice strives to keep inventory updated efficiently. If an
ordered item is unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Shipping and Dispatch:

Dispatch times may
vary depending on product availability and are subject to delays beyond our
control, such as postal delays or force majeure events, for which we are not
responsible.
Age and Payment
Authorization:

To place an order with
Tracyschoice, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or
debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Tracyschoice retains the right to
refuse any order request. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by
email and confirm the identity of the contracting party, which is usually Tracyschoice
or, in some cases, a third party. When a contract is made with a third party, Tracyschoice
acts neither as an agent nor as a principal, and the contract is between you
and the third party, subject to their terms of sale.

you confirm that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are an
authorized user of the payment card used, and that there are sufficient funds
to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may

PURCHASE CONTRACT
(a) Our Contract:

When you place an
order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your
order. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance
of your order. A contract between us is formed only when we send you a
confirmation email stating that the goods you ordered have been dispatched.
Only the goods listed in the dispatch confirmation email are included in the
contract.
(b) Pricing and Availability:

We strive to ensure
that all details, descriptions, and prices on this website are accurate.
However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods
you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the
option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot
contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and your order
has not been printed, and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive
a full refund.

Delivery costs will be
charged in addition, where applicable, and will be clearly displayed and
included in the “Total Cost.”
(c) Payment:

Upon receiving your
order, we conduct a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure
there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Your card will be
debited upon authorization. The payment received upon debiting your card is
treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once
the goods have been dispatched and you receive a confirmation email, the
deposit will be applied as payment for the goods listed in the confirmation
email.

in full at the time of order, including the value of the items and any
applicable shipping costs. Currency: USD.
